In April 2019 Horizon Recruitment Inc. announced the launch of their operations in Toronto. Horizon Recruitment now has a national presence in it’s specialized supply chain and accounting & finance recruitment markets. Horizon Recruitment Inc. offers an unrivaled presence and team of expert financial and supply chain recruiters across the country.
The Toronto office is headed up by Jeremy Tiffin, President, Sam Manna, Director, Supply Chain Recruitment - Ontario. Taylor Gilbert, Recruitment Associate will will continue to support the Supply Chain recruitment division.

The launch is a realization of a long-standing strategic goal to build Horizon Recruitment Inc. into a national leader in the supply chain and financial recruitment markets. Our new office in Toronto compliments our acquisition of Red Recruitment in Calgary earlier this year forming a company with market leadership in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto. Horizon Recruitment Inc. now offers an unrivaled presence and team of expert supply chain and financial recruiters across the country.
The Toronto office will be headed by Sam Manna as our Director, Supply Chain Recruitment Operations. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Sam to the team. He joins Horizon with over a decade of deep recruitment expertise in the supply chain sector. Sam is highly specialized and knowledgeable within supply chain management, procurement, strategic sourcing and operations. Sam will be leading our team focusing on contract and permanent recruitment across the province.
Horizon Recruitment's internal talent acquisition team is actively recruiting additional sales and recruitment professionals in the GTA, Calgary and Vancouver.
