Just HR has an immediate need for a Sr. Consultant, Organization Development & HR Change to support the Director, Human Resources with a transformation project within in the healthcare sector. Our client is a large-scale entity with a complex environment and multiple stakeholders. We are recruiting for an accomplished professional with experienced with significant and complex culture transformation in large and layered organization. The Sr. Consultant will help provide facilitation, coaching, leadership development, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Provide facilitation and culture development services to executive leadership team over six month period, with possibility for extension
- Ensuring inclusion of DEI principles, design and deliver culture transformation leadership development series to leaders across the entity with additional support and evaluation. Following evaluation, may expand programming.
- Facilitate culture training days for frontline leaders
- Integrated culture strategic planning to guide and support internal project team
- Develop change management plan and process to support significant, transformational culture change
Requirements:
- 10 - 15 years HR, Change Consulting Category experience.
- Masters degree, change management certification
- Experience working in the healthcare sector is highly preferred
- Experience with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion practices and principles to ensure a commitment to safety and inclusive leadership development.
- Indigenous Cultural Safety learning/development and awareness of practices and principles
- Masters degrees, change management certification, integrated team of minimum five, considerable healthcare experience – preferably province wide.
Remuneration:
- This is an hourly consulting opportunity, expected hourly rates are between $80 - $100/hr.
- 6 month full time engagement with strong possibility for extension.
