Horizon Recruitment is working with a local mid-sized manufacturer to find a temporary Senior Accountant who can help out with a growing workload. While this would start out as a short-term contract, there is an opportunity to become a permanent role. This Senior Accountant will be an extra set of hands to help in various areas including month-end close, costing, and inventory management.
- CPA Designation and Bachelor’s degree in business administration;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior Accounting or related role.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with quality and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude and willingness to accept new projects as required.
- Continuous improvement mindset and constantly improving and developing processes, controls and reporting
