The Corporate Development Analyst will work on a team of driven experts who supply the executives with reliable well researched models and data that assist in strategic decision making.
Description
- Execute comprehensive research to support various investment and market circumstances
- Develop models and provide quantitative analysis for an international organization
- Prepare reports of detailed findings and present to stakeholders
- Work with team to evaluate growth opportunities along with threats that could impact the growth of the enterprise
- Prepare cash forecasts considering tax effects and other action plans for finance team
- Study industry to ensure a comprehensive understanding of drivers impacting the business
Requirements
- Expert modeling skills and strong analytical ability
- Advanced excel, database and Powerpoint skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a complex environment with preference for experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development or Treasury
- Minimum 3 years of experience conducting in-depth financial analysis and due diligence
- Interpersonal savvy and the ability to speak comfortably with senior executives
- A professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA) is desirable
- Candidates with either a CFA, MBA or CBV designation will be given first consideration
