Just HR is conducting a recruit for a Business Systems Analyst, HR working with our enterprise client to modernize their HR systems throughout the organization. The Business Systems Analyst, HR will operate as a key member of the team driving change for projects that are involved from requirement gathering through to delivery. The successful candidate will engage with team members that use the systems being implemented. Our client operates in the retail space and the systems will tie into retail operations. In addition to planned HR systems our client has a state-of-the-art retail warehouse that utilizes advanced technology to meet dynamic retail demands.


Responsibilities:

  • Play a crucial role in bridging the gap between human resources, supply chain and retail operations teams and the technology systems that help drive their business.
  • Collaborating with multiple business functions and technology teams to develop and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify, plan, develop, implement, and be a conduit for the adoption of new systems and change.
  • Integrating and supporting best-in-class enterprise-wide systems related to internal and external customer groups.
  • Helping lead, plan, and coordinate the integration and implementation of enhancements for various software systems.
  • Analyze data, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance our retail operations.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and technological investment.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Conduct systems analysis and design activities that deliver solutions to business opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations for various business partners that will drive retail strategies
  • Evaluating and recommending technology systems, tools, and software that align with objectives.

Requirements:

  • A diploma/degree or relevant experience in both computer science, HR, Supply Chain or business studies.
  • 5+ years of combined professional analysis and/or development within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong communication skills that enable technology teams to collaborate with business partners on new initiatives.
  • Experience in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Experience in a large-scale retail environment.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in systems, relational databases, and data analysis.
  • The ability to excel at identifying and understanding business problems with a proven track record of translating those problems into requirements for working solutions.

Remuneration:

Compensation range for this position is $80 - $110K based on experience and proven technical skills
