Horizon Recruitment Inc. is actively searching for an Accounts Receivable and Credit Specialist to join a large manufacturing company with customers globally. Based in Langley, you will be part of a great team and will be responsible for full cycle accounts receivable and credit/collections.
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and reconcile Accounts Receivable reports
- Clear aging accounts with some collection calls required (B2B)
- Provide timely invoices to clients
- Month-end reporting and reconciliations
- Assist the accounting team with various duties as required
- Work with internal and external clients to resolve account queries and issues
- Establish and update policies and procedures as it relates to AR and Credit function
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a similar high volume environment with specific AR and credit experience
- Well organized, detail oriented, customer service focused
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Business acumen and a proven work ethic
