Horizon Recruitment Inc. is looking for an outgoing and friendly Accounts Payable Administrator for our client, a well-known international brand with a Canadian manufacturing and distribution center here in Vancouver. They have a great corporate culture and are in an exciting growth phase.
In this role, you will be processing high volume, full cycle Accounts Payable and will be supporting the finance team. You will be matching, coding, and verifying invoices as well as providing top notch customer service to our vendors. You will be reconciling statements, doing cheque runs, and verifying employee expense forms. You will use excellent attention to detail when applying credit and verifying dates.
- 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role ideally from a manufacturing or retail environment
- Outgoing, personable, strong customer service orientation when dealing with your internal and external customers.
- Organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and an excellent team player
