Luke Morling, Manager, Recruitment – Supply Chain is responsible for the delivery of candidates across Horizon’s three offices. He manages the Supply Chain recruiters ensuring targets are met, whilst training and mentoring his team. Luke has over 10 years supply chain management experience, both within Canada and internationally. He originally joined Horizon in 2008, Luke lives and breathes supply chain, and is a wealth of knowledge for what's occurring in the BC, Alberta and Ontario markets.
Luke has successfully worked within executive recruitment in North America completing retained searches for Global organizations and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Horizon Recruitment. He specializes in placing executive, middle and upper management as well as specialist positions in both permanent and contract opportunities across a variety of industries. Luke strives to impact each person he works with. He enjoys networking and forging strong industry relationships. He is tenacious in building new business and securing client loyalty.
Luke is originally from England and has called Canada home since 2008. He is the proud Dad of two boys and lives in Port Moody. When Luke isn't shuttling his boys between soccer and hockey, he can be found biking, hiking, golfing and cheering on his favourite soccer team, Arsenal (Go Gunners).
