Carmen Xu is the Data & Sourcing Analyst for Horizon Recruitment and is responsible for managing the company’s data and IT infrastructure. Carmen’s passion for data and IT began while she was completing her Bachelor of Science at UBC. She recognized the impact that data has on the world and has since dedicated her career to helping Horizon efficiently manage their IT systems. Carmen has used her Human Resources Management Diploma from BCIT at Horizon as a Recruitment Coordinator and moving into the Data & Sourcing Analyst position. She now manages all the systems for the company.
Carmen is an avid rock climber and can be found climbing outdoors when weather permits. Everyday offers its unique challenges and learning opportunities. Carmen enjoys working behind the scenes to help our recruitment and sales teams deliver value to our candidates and clients.
