Carmen Mowat, Talent Acquisition Specialist, is responsible for hiring and onboarding all new internal staff. Carmen graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts, Geography & Resource Management. She has been in the recruitment industry for 6 years learning the business through a variety of roles at Horizon Recruitment. Carmen is currently working towards her CPHR and expanding her knowledge within HR. She is married with a baby on the way and can often be found with her husband and dog on the Northshore trails, snowboarding or spending time with family on Keats Island in the summer.
