Procurement Coordinator


Horizon Recruitment is recruiting for a Procurement Coordinator to support a growing team with contract reviews, purchase order processing, and vendor coordination. This role plays a key part in keeping procurement operations running smoothly by ensuring requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company policies.


Responsibilities

  • Review procurement contracts and coordinate approvals with Legal
  • Process purchase orders and monitor contract renewals
  • Support procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
  • Track and manage procurement requests using ticketing systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data in spreadsheets and procurement tools
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external vendors
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Escalate issues when needed and apply sound judgment in ambiguous situations

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement, operations, finance, or administrative roles
  • Experience reviewing contracts and working with Legal teams
  • Knowledge of purchase orders, contract renewals, and P2P processes
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Comfortable using ticketing systems and procurement software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage competing requests in a fast-paced environment

Remuneration

  • $30-40/hr contract rate
