Horizon Recruitment Inc. is conducting a search for an experienced Senior Financial / Business Analyst to join our large client for a permanent position supporting the finance and operations teams. This role will create, track and report on key operations KPI’s providing critical analysis on program costs, budgeting and forecasts.

You will liaise with stakeholders from across the organization to gather data in order to create dashboards and detailed reports for bench-marking purposes and will be responsible for consolidating international reports for head office. This role requires an individual with a can do attitude who can combine a technical, data analysis skill set with a pro-active and outgoing personality that will thrive in a fast paced sales environment.

Job Description:

  • Gather information from key stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Provide decision support to stakeholders and create business cases for operational changes.
  • Develop and analyze reports to track key performance indicators relating to order delivery, revenue, sales forecasts and other customer service metrics.
  • Collect and analyze data to create summary statistics of performance and track data to create reports for sales executives on both a planned and ad hoc basis


  • Business or Information technology degree
  • MBA, or Accounting designation would be an asset
  • 5+ years work in similar role ideally in a large scale, international environment
  • Product costing experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience in Supply Chain, sales and Business Analytics preferred
  • Experience creating and implementing KPI dashboards
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, macros)
  • Experience with a variety of business intelligence tools; Qlik,Tableau, Cognos, SAP, Hyperion etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to perform in a high paced environment
  • Strong analytical abilities and business acumen 
  • Energy and a can do attitude
