Horizon Recruitment Inc. is looking for a Senior Accountant (6 month contract starting ASAP) for a growing company based on Annacis Island. Strong financial reporting experience is preferred. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day accounting as well as the financial statement preparation across the organization. The company is focused on process improvement projects and will need some additional support on the daily and monthly duties to that things can continue to run smoothly. Requirements:
- A professional accounting designation (CPA) with at least 3 years of experience
- Hands on, roll up the sleeves professional with a demonstrated track record of success
- Capability, drive and initiative to learn, adapt and execute
- Flexibility to help out where necessary
- Strong communication and ability to build relationships across the business
