Horizon Recruitment Inc is currently seeking a standout Real Estate Specialist to join a growing team with our downtown Vancouver client. This person will take ownership of the Real Estate Leasing function and have the chance to work with cross-functional teams to provide decision support on key commercial issues.


  • Negotiate lease and licencing agreements pertaining to property
  • Report on various properties (improvements, construction, etc.)
  • Create and present business cases to internal stakeholders to make informed business decisions
  • Assist with various audits for assigned properties
  • Review lease agreements and ensure accuracy
  • Review and explore new opportunities for revenue growth;
  • Report to senior management and the board as required


  • 5+ years of experience in industry with increasing levels of responsibility in a Real Estate Administration/planning capacity
  • Experience negotiating lease terms
  • Expert level skills in Microsoft Office and strong user of Power Point
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a focus on quality
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent collaborative problem solving skills with an ability to implement solutions
  • Ability to lead in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills
