Horizon Recruitment Inc. has an immediate requirement for a Process Documentation Consultant (Payroll) to work with our clients' finance and payroll team to assess and document processes and workflows for payroll activities across the organization. 2-3 month contract to start.
- Develop process maps and business process review for payroll
- Workflow analysis, create "as is" documentation and define business requirements
- Plan, design &/or redesign of business processes
- Interview stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives
- Provide feedback and guidance on solutions to avoid project bottlenecks
- Experience in business and process analysis
- Strong technical writing capability
- Experience working with payroll is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities
