Horizon Recruitment Inc. has an immediate requirement for a Process Documentation Consultant (Payroll) to work with our clients' finance and payroll team to assess and document processes and workflows for payroll activities across the organization. 2-3 month contract to start.


  • Develop process maps and business process review for payroll
  • Workflow analysis, create "as is" documentation and define business requirements
  • Plan, design &/or redesign of business processes
  • Interview stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives
  • Provide feedback and guidance on solutions to avoid project bottlenecks


  • Experience in business and process analysis
  • Strong technical writing capability
  • Experience working with payroll is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken communication abilities
