This fast growing company has operations all across North America and is creating this new role due to that growth. They are looking for a hands-on person who can also mentor junior staff. The ability to manage projects will be an asset as our client is looking to convert payroll systems.
Requirements:
- Experience managing or overseeing the work of others in a busy, fast-paced organization
- Enjoy working in an growing, fast paced and creative environment
- Problem solver with the ability to think outside the box, and explore creative solutions
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to deal with various departments and levels of seniority
- Designation or certification in Payroll (PCP, CPP, CPM) is an asset
