This great company has manufacturing and retail operations across Canada with about 1000 employees. You have experience in processing and implementing payroll in Canada which includes an understanding of the legal legislation, tax implications, benefits, and processes associated.
Requirements:
- Experience in management and leadership in a busy organization, and desire to mentor and inspire co-workers is essential
- Managed payrolls of 500+ employees, both salaried and hourly
- Enjoy working in an growing, fast paced and creative environment
- Problem solver! With the ability to think outside the box, and explore creative solutions
- Exceptional communicator with the ability working with various departments, and levels of seniority
- Designation or certification in Payroll (PCP, CPM) preferred
