You have experience in processing and implementing payroll in Canada which includes an understanding of the legal legislation, tax implications, benefits, and processes associated.
- Experience in management and leadership in a busy organization, and desire to mentor and inspire co-workers is essential
- Managed payrolls of 500+ employees, both salaried and hourly
- Enjoy working in an growing, fast paced and creative environment
- Problem solver! With the ability to think outside the box, and explore creative solutions
- Exceptional communicator with the ability working with various departments, and levels of seniority
- Designation or certification in Payroll (PCP, CPM) preferred
