Horizon Recruitment Inc. is looking for Payroll candidates of all levels! We have a number of contract opportunities for a variety of experience levels. One of our clients, for example, is looking for extra hands on deck and is open to candidates ranging from junior to supervisory level.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the payroll team with a variety of payroll reconciliations
- Manage MSP, vacation, union billing, pension reporting, CPP/EI reconciliations
- Review payroll reports and provide reporting on payroll
- Full cycle payroll for 10000+ employees
Requirements:
- PCP certification is desired or working towards something similar
- 2-5 years minimum experience in a similar payroll position is ideal
- Fundamental knowledge of Canadian payroll
- Great work ethic, eagerness to learn, positive outlook, and able to effectively receive and communicate feedback
- Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
