Horizon Recruitment Inc. is conducting an immediate search for a Payroll Clerk for a growing food and beverage company at a transit-accessible location in Burnaby. Our client is growing and expanding their payroll team because of exciting growth in the business. You will work closely with the Payroll Manager to take care of hourly, salary, union and non union employees across BC, AB, SK, MB and Quebec. Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in payroll (union and Quebec experience a big plus!)
  • Working towards a Payroll designation (PCP, CPM) is an asset but not required
  • Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills, and the ability to work under pressure and to meet numerous deadlines
  • Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpretation skills
  • Strong computer skills, Advanced level of Excel
