Horizon Recruitment Inc. is conducting an immediate search for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator for a growing manufacturing company in Delta. You will work closely with another Payroll professional and oversee the full cycle payroll for approximately 300 union employees. This organization has very manual payroll processes and requires someone with strong communication skills to liaise with employees.


  • 2+ years of experience in payroll (union experience a big plus!)
  • Working towards a Payroll designation (PCP, CPM) is preferred
  • Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills, and the ability to work under pressure and to meet numerous deadlines
  • Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpretation skills
  • Strong computer skills, Advanced level of Excel
