Horizon Recruitment Inc. is currently seeking Contract/Vendor Manager with strong data management and analysis experience. This role will support a team with a complex portfolio of services contracts, developing and managing KPI data, dashboards and ad-hoc vendor reporting. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and prioritize many ongoing assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Contract administration support to a large team with diverse project requirements
- Create and maintain vendor performance and costing reports
- Monitor vendor progress on contract deliverable's
- Provide internal stakeholders with category spend analysis and recommendations for future projects
- Perform risk analysis and cost benefit analysis for vendor contracts and sourcing projects
- Establishing and managing payment schedules, project schedules and budgets
- Monitoring, reporting and management of non-conformance's
- Negotiate claims and facilitate dispute resolution processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a similar role
- University level degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred with an MBA is strongly preferred
- Strong change and project management experience
- Expert level Excel skills including routine creation of Macros and complex formulas
- Experience with Risk Management methodologies
- Superior communications skills are a must in this role
- Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
