Horizon Recruitment is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for a 2-3 month contract to assist with a backlog in invoicing with our Burnaby client. You will be responsible for producing invoices and checking for errors throughout the process. Someone with a strong Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable background would be ideal. 


  • Working towards a professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) is preferred
  • 3+ years of invoicing experience required
  • Ability to manage your time and power through a backlog of invoices!
  • Experience with large ERP systems (Peoplesoft, SAP, JDE) is an asset
  • Strong communication skills and get it done mentality
