Horizon Recruitment is recruiting for a Controller & Finance Director on behalf of a well-capitalized, high-growth junior mining company based in British Columbia. With significant financing secured and a major development project advancing, the company is building its internal finance function for the first time. Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly created leadership role will establish the financial infrastructure needed to support the next stage of growth. This is an opportunity to move beyond maintaining existing processes. You'll build them.
