Philip Mandic is the Account Manager for Supply Chain and is responsible for the overall new strategic business development in Alberta and BC, while maintaining current relationships and offering his clients an amazing customer experience. After completing the Business Operations program from BCIT, Philip knew a position in a sales organization is where he wanted to begin his career. Falling into the recruitment industry Philip begun as a recruitment associate and was promoted to an Account Executive inside of the first year. Having a passion for helping companies grow and complete their objectives, Philip still enjoys making new relationships, building brand awareness, and the healthy competition tied into the industry.
Since joining Horizon early in 2018, Philip has gone from establishing new relationships and signing new clients in Vancouver to also helping the organization build the brand in a new market in Alberta. Upon the acquisition of Red Recruitment in 2019, Philip has since committed his time and effort to offering the same high quality, customer experience in Alberta as he’s been doing in Vancouver for the past 3 years. When Philip isn’t working, he has a passion for sports and all things outdoors. He plays competitive soccer and enjoys recreational tennis and squash (during the colder months).
